Straanovation LLC, in partnership with Straanovation Nigeria Limited, is seeking a Growth & Marketing Lead to drive brand visibility, user acquisition, and engagement for Dwella, our property management platform. This role blends strategy, creativity, and execution — ideal for a marketing professional who thrives in fast-moving, high-impact environments.

About Dwella

Dwella is a modern property management platform designed to simplify operations for landlords and enhance living experiences for tenants. We’re building a connected ecosystem where property management meets automation and insight.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive awareness and adoption of Dwella.

  • Create and manage engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and other key platforms.

  • Plan and run ad campaigns that convert — from awareness to trial to retention.

  • Collaborate with design and development teams to ensure brand consistency and product-market alignment.

  • Measure, analyze, and report campaign performance, identifying growth opportunities.

  • Support partnership and community engagement initiatives to grow Straanovation’s reach.

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in digital marketing, content management, or growth marketing (preferably in tech or SaaS).

  • Strong understanding of social media strategy, analytics, and performance marketing.

  • Ability to design or coordinate ad creatives (graphics, short videos, copy).

  • Excellent communication skills and storytelling ability.

  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.

  • Self-driven and comfortable working in a hybrid, fast-paced environment.
