This is a support role focused on execution and consistency, working closely with the Growth Operator and founder.

Summary:
We’re hiring a hands-on Growth Operator whose job is simple: get landlords to discover, try, and use Dwella. This is not a brand-only or ads-only role. You’ll start conversations, manage content distribution, engage communities, and work closely with Customer Success to convert interest into active users.
This role is execution-heavy and ideal for someone who enjoys talking to people, experimenting, and learning what actually drives signups.
