About Dwella

Dwella is a live property management platform built to help landlords manage tenants, payments, maintenance, and communication more efficiently.

We are expanding our founding team to scale landlord adoption across Nigeria.

Role Overview

We are hiring a hands-on Growth Operator responsible for bringing landlords into Dwella.

This role focuses on:

• Starting conversations

• Generating signups

• Supporting user activation

• Learning from feedback and improving messaging

This is an execution-driven role — not just brand or ads management.

Key Responsibilities

User Acquisition

• Engage landlords on X, LinkedIn, Facebook groups, and WhatsApp communities

• Start direct conversations and convert interest into signups

Content & Distribution

• Publish Dwella content 3–4 times per week

• Repurpose founder content

• Work with a graphic designer on visuals

Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor conversations, signups, and trials

• Report weekly on messaging performance and conversion insights

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and writing skills

• Comfortable initiating conversations

• Familiar with Nigerian/African digital communities

• Self-driven and execution-focused

• Experience in marketing, growth, or community building is a plus
