Product and partnership distinction

Alignis is a STRANSFORM Limited product. Straanovation serves as Technology & Integration Partner. These Terms do not replace Alignis-specific terms or imply that Straanovation is the Alignis product owner, contracting entity or data controller.

2. Services

Straanovation provides digital strategy, technology governance, cyber-risk governance, transformation advisory, products, platforms, and related digital services.

Straanovation may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue services at its discretion.

3. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

• Misuse Straanovation systems, websites or platforms
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with services, systems or platforms
• Engage in unlawful activity
• Distribute malicious software
• Exploit platform vulnerabilities
• Violate applicable laws or regulations
• Compromise security or platform integrity

Straanovation reserves the right to restrict or terminate access for violations of these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, systems, platforms, designs, software, workflows, branding, logos, text, and materials associated with Straanovation are the property of Straanovation LLC, Straanovation Nigeria Limited, or their respective licensors.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit Straanovation materials without prior written authorization.

5. Products & Platforms

Straanovation-operated products and platforms, including Dwella and future products, may be subject to additional product-specific terms, operational requirements, and service agreements.

6. Third-Party Services

Straanovation may integrate or rely upon third-party providers, cloud platforms, payment processors, analytics systems, technology providers, communication platforms, AI providers, and related technology services.

Straanovation is not responsible for third-party systems, services, interruptions, availability issues, or external policies associated with such providers.

7. Disclaimers

Straanovation provides services, advisory materials, products, and platforms on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Straanovation does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, complete continuity, or error-free performance.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Straanovation disclaims warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Straanovation LLC, Straanovation Nigeria Limited, their affiliates, directors, employees, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Platform failures
• Data loss
• Security incidents
• Unauthorized access
• Third-party services
• Service disruptions

9. Security

Straanovation maintains security practices and platform safeguards designed to support resilience.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their own credentials, systems, and operational environments.

10. Termination

Straanovation reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to services, products, platforms, or websites at its discretion for violations of these Terms or security concerns.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws governing Straanovation LLC and Straanovation Nigeria Limited operations.

Straanovation may update or modify these Terms periodically.

Updated versions will be published on Straanovation-operated platforms.

Continued use of services following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
